All sales are FINAL, but we will make all efforts to correct any mistakes or issues. If you need to request a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
ALL DOMESTIC LP orders ship in a NEW LP MUSIC MATTERS mailer or double boxed. With RECYCLED padding/inserts. Buyer pays $6.66 flat rate in the USA. We offer free shipping on all orders over $80.00. US Media Mail, for music or books, LP's, 12"s, 10"s, 7"s, etc, and first class for t-shirts and other items. Ships a.s.a.p. within 24-48 hours. USPS tracking will be provided.
Contact if you prefer other shipping methods, tracking or insurance, or want arrange international shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply. An invoice for extra/special shipping costs above our standard @6.66 free rate, from the shipping provider of your choice will be provided before shipping. UPS, Fedex, DHL, or alternate carrier can easily be swapped out for USPS medial mail. (standard)

USPS: INTERNATIONAL : Shipping is by weight and crazy expensive. sorry. I don't set the rates. We can weigh and compare the lowest price or fastest service on request. Your shipping cost is subject to change due to unexpected costs. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: PLEASE CONTACT FOR AN EXACT QUOTE BEFORE PURCHASE. A separate second invoice for shipping costs will be provided before shipping.
Europe/UK - 1xLP - $30.00 or by weight. 4-5 lps can easily be 50.00 in shipping as the charge is by weight and there is no economy option.
Canada - 1xLP - $26.00 . or by weight. Additional items may add a few dollars each. A specific quote will be supplied.
All Other countries/continents will need a specific quote based on country and the weight of items.
Registered mail is recommended for international buyers and valuable LP's. This service adds an additional $17.50 to the shipping cost, but it is the only way to track international orders and recover any money for items lost by the postal service. I cannot guarantee or refund any international purchase without this additional charge. Any order over 100.00USD should have this
DHL/UPS/FEDEX may offer flat rate shipping on a medium size/weight box. This is probably the most cost effective for any weight over 2-3 pounds.
Get in touch and we can figure out options. Buyer must specify any additional tracking or insurance options. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
